These Terms and Conditions of Sale set out how to subscribe to, pay for and cancel the Menu Semaine Premium offer, the paid subscription of the Menu Semaine application published by BAUGEY MATHEO (DEVOLIM). They supplement the Terms of Use.
1. Offer and price
The App offers a paid option, Menu Semaine Premium, as an auto-renewing subscription giving access to additional features. The nature of the offer, its price, its duration, its renewal terms and, where applicable, whether a free trial is offered and for how long, are shown in the App and by the Platform (App Store or Google Play) before you confirm any purchase; this information may change and the version displayed at the time of purchase prevails.
The price is set and charged by the Platform and automatically converted into your local currency according to the Platform's price grid and your country. The final amount is displayed by the Platform before payment is confirmed. In accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI): VAT not applicable.
2. Included benefits
Menu Semaine Premium extends the use of the App's artificial intelligence features beyond what the free version allows, and gives access to additional features. The details of the current offer are presented in the App before you subscribe.
3. Payment
Payment is made exclusively through your Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) account, depending on the platform you downloaded from. DEVOLIM receives neither your bank details, nor your identity, nor your address.
4. Automatic renewal
The Menu Semaine Premium subscription renews automatically for the same period: your Apple or Google account is charged the current price at each renewal date, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in accordance with Apple's and Google's terms.
In accordance with Articles L.215-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you may cancel at any time, without charge or penalty, effective at the end of the current period.
5. Cancellation
Cancellation is done from your Apple or Google account:
- iOS: Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions → Menu Semaine → Cancel. Link: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Menu Semaine → Cancel. Link: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep the Premium features until that date, with no further billing.
6. Restoring purchases
If you reinstall the app or change device, restore your subscription from the app's subscription screen (“Restore purchases”), while signed in with the same Apple or Google ID as when you purchased.
7. Right of withdrawal: express waiver
In accordance with Article L.221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after the consumer's express consent and express waiver of this right.
By subscribing to Menu Semaine Premium, you request the immediate supply of the digital content and expressly waive your right of withdrawal as soon as the features are unlocked. This waiver does not affect your right to cancel the subscription at any time (see § 5).
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed exclusively by Apple's and Google's policies:

9. Price changes
DEVOLIM may change prices for future subscription periods. Any change to an ongoing subscription is notified by Apple or Google at least 30 days before it takes effect, and requires explicit consent or results in automatic cancellation if not accepted, in accordance with the Platforms' terms.
