The content of the Menu Semaine application (menus, recipes, shopping lists, profile) is stored locally on the user's device and is not hosted on our servers. The only server-side data (subscription status, token balance and AI usage counters, feedback and reports sent from the app, linked to an anonymous identity) is hosted on the Google Cloud / Firebase infrastructure (Google Ireland Limited), in the europe-west1 (Belgium) region. Processing for the artificial intelligence features relies on the OpenAI service (OpenAI, L.L.C.) and subscription management on RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.). This processing is detailed in our Privacy Policy.

4. Menu Semaine mobile application

The Menu Semaine mobile application is published by BAUGEY MATHEO and distributed via the Apple App Store (Apple Inc.) and Google Play Store (Google LLC) platforms. The publisher is solely responsible for the content and operation of the application; the distribution platforms act merely as technical intermediaries.

5. Intellectual property

All elements making up the website https://menusemaine.devolim.fr and the Menu Semaine application (texts, structure, logo, “Menu Semaine” brand, icon, illustrations, code, interface design) are the exclusive property of BAUGEY MATHEO, with the exception of third-party trademarks. These elements are protected by French and international intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, of the website or the application, on any medium whatsoever, is prohibited without the publisher's prior written authorisation, except for the statutory exceptions (private copy, quotation, etc.). The recipes, menus and other content you create in the application remain your property.

6. Liability

Menu Semaine is an organisation tool for planning meals, managing recipes and generating shopping lists. The dish suggestions, recipes and calorie estimates produced by artificial intelligence are provided for information purposes only. They do not in any way constitute dietary, nutritional or medical advice and cannot replace consulting a healthcare professional. See our nutrition & allergen disclaimer.

The publisher cannot be held liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of information in the application, nor for any inaccuracies, service unavailability or errors in automatically generated content. It is the user's responsibility to check that the dishes suggested are compatible with any allergies, intolerances or dietary restrictions they may have.

7. Hyperlinks

The website may contain links to external websites. DEVOLIM has no control over these websites and accepts no liability for their content, availability or privacy policy.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by law.
